What We Need

We’re seeking a talented and passionate copywriter to join our in-house creative studio and NBA2K team. You would work all things related to the game, basketball and hoops culture — music, fashion, influencers, etc...
You don’t feel weird when dribbling between multiple projects. While living in the world Instagram and TikTok. Yes. We move in a speed of social media. So work culture is fast paced, but you will get sh*# done.

Working In Collaboration With NBA 2K Brand Marketing And Creative Studio To Perform And Execute The Following Tasks For Various Media Assets, But Not Limited To

  • Creating content to our, and our partners, social media channels
  • Creating customer-facing marketing content across multiple digital channels that results in effective communication
  • Following brand guidelines and maintaining a clear brand tone of voice
  • Ensuring product, technical and factual accuracy, and cultural relevance
  • Delivering work of a consistent creative quality level
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring timely delivery
  • Leverage glossaries and style guides to ensure brand alignment
  • Working collaboratively with a global production team at 2K
  • Keeping own product and brand knowledge up to date
  • Proactively contributing feedback and ideas for process improvements

Who We Think Will Be A Great Fit

  • Degree or equivalent to 4+ years Copywriting experience
  • Impeccable writing skills and ability to develop innovative creative work that’s in line with the overall brand strategy
  • Meticulous attention to detail, combined with the ability to digest the brief and focus only on the details that matter, so that the resulting copy is clear and simple
  • Ability to work independently but also able to create good rapport with other team members and clients, across multiple time zones
  • Proven ability to manage and organize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of the creative production process
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to adapt and manage an evolving environment where change is often around the corner
