What We Need:

We are seeking an Associate Manager to work alongside our Americas Marketing Team and support all integrated marketing efforts to launch and sustain multiple titles. The ideal candidate should be passionate about marketing and gaming. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work on-site at our facilities in Novato, CA.

What You Will Do:

  • Work with Americas Marketing Team to build integrated marketing plans that drive awareness, engagement, and purchases for our titles
  • Responsible for trafficking creative assets from internal teams to external agency, partners and teams.
  • Support teams with purchase orders, budgeting, legal and ESRB approvals
  • Support in the management of day-to-day relationship with media agency & internal media teams, providing timely updates, assets & direction, and managing timelines to ensure all milestones are achieved throughout planning and execution phases
  • Contribute to development of retail marketing plan in collaboration with channel marketing team
  • Liaise between PR, Influencer, and Marketing teams to ideate relevant activations and campaigns
  • Contribute to event briefs, and support event teams to ensure effective & on budget execution of brief
  • Liaise with Commercial and Insights teams to mine data and insight into consumer behaviors in each market
  • Be a true expert on our products, our consumers, our competitors, and culture
  • Provide timely updates, assets and direction, along with managing timelines to ensure all milestones are achieved throughout planning and execution phases.

Who We Think Will Be a Great Fit:

  • 3-5 years of experience marketing experience working for a consumer brand, on the brand, media and/or agency side. Gaming industry experience a plus
  • Strong communicator and collaborator
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and flexible environment
  • Experience executing paid media campaigns
  • Experience executing retail marketing campaigns
  • Experience with purchase orders and budgeting
  • Highly creative and organized, detail-oriented and deadline driven
  • Excellent multi-tasking and self-management skills – are able to take direction and constructive feedback
  • Passion for gaming
  • Self-starter, able to take ownership over tasks and carry them throughout to the end
