What We Need

2K is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our Global Marketing Operations team. Reporting to the Senior Director, Chief of Staff, you will be responsible for a broad variety of administrative and business support related duties that benefit our global marketing department. Key areas of focus will include Purchase Order Administration, in partnership with the VP, Global Marketing Planning, where you will work closely with teams like Global Marketing Strategy, Demand Generation and Finance to document and manage all team expenditures. In addition, you will partner with colleagues on several administrative, organizational, research and operations-centric projects.

What You Will Do

  • Purchase Order Administration
  • Manage the purchase order cycle for our global centralized performance marketing process across our various media partners, ensuring timeliness and following company policy
  • Coordinate approved investment for performance marketing with our global and territory brand managers, accurately raising purchase orders for this spend, actively verifying their approval and following up with any inquires
  • Ensure an accurate and timely receipting process, communicating any delays or issues and raising any subsequent POs or any necessary accruals as needed
  • Generate applicable reports utilizing various vendor dashboards, Excel, pivot tables and/or other spreadsheet applications
  • Marketing Operations
  • Collaborate with team on templates, presentation development, data entry, content sourcing and document organization
  • Learn additional departmental tools/processes
  • Support quarterly and one-off meetings/events/projects as scheduled
  • Additional marketing and administrative tasks as assigned

What Will Make You a Great Fit

  • A minimum of two years business experience, preferably in an Office environment
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, with specific expertise in Excel. [JJ(1] Experience with online conference solutions (e.g., Zoom) and business collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack) are a plus.
  • Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
  • Strong analytical ability and great attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
  • Possess an outgoing and warm personality, with excellent interpersonal skills and demonstration of sound judgment
  • Have a passion to learn more about marketing, operations, communications and/or finance in the video game industry. Further interest in animation, film, television, music, sports, consumer technology or consumer lifestyle brands is a plus.
