Splitgate is a “Halo meets Portal" viral video game in Beta that officially released in August by 1047 Games. We quickly became the #1 trending game on PlayStation, XBOX, and Steam before we had to limit how many users could play. In our first 6 days, we passed 1M downloads, and hit 2M within the first two weeks. We’re now at 14M+ downloads and growing. We currently have been able to support ~175K concurrent users, our goal is to scale to great heights beyond that.

We're looking for our first recruiter to help create and sustain massive growth across Splitgate. This will be a really unique opportunity to shape our recruiting strategy, process, and infrastructure from end-to-end. You will also have the ability to closely collaborate with our founders to hire for a ton of different roles and functions.

  • A passionate connector + Splitgate ambassador: You want to be the face of Splitgate and wholeheartedly represent our brand to candidates. You are driven to create a positive and memorable candidate experience across roles

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
  • History of collaborating successfully with hiring managers and 3rd party agencies
  • Experience recruiting on a variety of roles
  • High volume recruiting experience
  • Excellent networking skills
  • The ability to leverage data and analytics to help formulate search strategies
  • Solid understanding of Splitgate’s vision, business model, and operations

Desired Skills

  • Game development or industry-adjacent experience
  • Experience working at small startups
