About The Role

100 Thieves is looking for an E-commerce Coordinator to focus on handling day-to-day responsibilities of our website and marketing to ensure related content, operational infrastructure, and merchandise assortments are accurate, current and to ensure they are being optimized. This role will be responsible for E-commerce efforts including uploading and modifying products, implementing promotions & marketing content with email, text, ads and social, and supporting other performance initiatives. In addition, this person will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and the Apparel teams to create a world-class ecommerce experience, driving sales and profitability through online experience.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of directly relevant experience in an E-commerce or DTC role
  • 1+ experience working in Shopify Plus and Google Analytics
  • 1+ year of email/text marketing experience
  • Working knowledge of Klaviyo or other EMS
  • Experience with Google Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new topics and disciplines quickly
  • Ability to be independent, yet team-oriented
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality work
  • Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities; able to organize, multi-task and prioritize workload to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally to support the end-to-end process of bringing site changes to life
  • Support merchandise multiple marketing channels to ensure traffic and acquisition growth
  • Assist with social media and marketing teams to ensure media content aligns with merchandise strategy and product restocks or launches
  • Set up and support all daily/weekly/monthly website and product updates
  • Coordinate with paid media and email marketing to ensure creative assets are ready for publication
  • Support day-to-day site maintenance and QA duties
  • Flag site issues and bugs
  • Be a student of leading e-commerce brands for 100 Thieves to ensure the site is optimized for CVR, AOV, LTV, and other KPIs
  • Support and maintain all backend apps and integrations with a consistent view towards identifying integration issues before they arise
  • Research market best practices for new solutions implementation
