About The Role
100 Thieves is looking for a Designer to join our Partnerships Team to work closely with the Sales and Integrated Marketing teams to deliver engaging content that delivers meaningful impact to potential partners. The ideal candidate is an expert in copywriting, branding, and deck building. The Designer will be the digital translator of the brand’s strategy and creative platform and bring to life how it will support the full partnership journey.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a designer and/or copywriter with a creative agency required
- Minimum 2 years of creative experience leading projects in advertising or marketing
- Proven experience with concept development, copywriting, design & production
- An established portfolio of digital design samples
- Experience using data and technology to come up with innovative brand experiences
- Strong conceptual skills and a solid knowledge of the digital landscape
- Polished client presentation skills demonstrating a clear vision of how the work addresses the client challenge
- Master in Google Slides & Google Docs
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
- Sharp eye for copy, design, layout, and typography
- A solid understanding of design, copy and team management skills
- Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills
- Have in-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models
- Must be a creative and strategic thinker
Responsibilities
- Create and package pitch decks and proposals for content sponsors, investors, and strategic partners (i.e. content syndication/distribution, influencers, creators)
- Produce beautifully designed decks that are in line with project objectives and requirements
- Be able to develop the story behind the idea to bring it to life for the partner and audience
- Participate in or lead the creative process for projects from conception to completion
- Participate in creative development, reviews, feedback and final draft with strategy and account teams
- Supports visual development of concepts throughout the entire creative lifecycle, from initial explorations through final design deliverables, all in a timely and accurate manner
- Produces deliverables that may include, but are not limited to: Advertising Campaign Concepts (broadcast television, web video, print, out of home, digital, experiential), Video Storyboards, Collateral and Print Ads, Newsletters, Website Mockups/comps, Online Ads, Infographics, Social Media, and Email Marketing Templates
